What happens if I can't connect to my website?
First check that you can connect to other internet sites, this will check if your internet connection is working. If you are able to connect to another internet site, then either ring us or send us an e-mail to let us know you are experiencing difficulties.

Search engines are websites that help you search the Internet for other websites based on keywords you provide.
Will I be on a search engine?
If you have chosen one of our three inclusive options, then your site will be submitted to over 300 search engines, including Yahoo, Google, Dmoz, Msn and Altavista. For any other packages search engine submission will incur an annual charge.
Who supplies the logos?
We require your company logo when setting up the website. This can be given to us in various formats. If you do not have a logo yet, we can help you with this through our graphic design service. Please ask us for further details.
Who supplies the text on the website?
You provide all the text.
Who supplies the photos on the website?
You provide all the photos. However we can provide photos at an extra cost.
